Your questions about maderotherapy

Use the FAQ section to answer your customers' most frequent questions.

What are Palmarosa wood instruments made of?

All our instruments are crafted from high-quality natural wood, carefully selected for its strength, durability, and soft feel against the skin. We favor robust species like Urapan, known for its strength and lightness, ideal for repeated use in salons and at home. Each tool is hand-cut, sanded, and polished, without chemical treatment, to ensure an authentic, safe, and body-friendly treatment experience.

How to maintain your maderotherapy instruments?

First of all, get:
- a small/medium sized, clean cloth or napkin
- a basin of lukewarm water of approximately 1L
- a nail brush (reserved for madero instruments)

Then :
- Add a few drops of tea tree essential oil / or Palmarosa essential oil to the warm water in the basin
- And next to it a spray of white vinegar / or 70° alcohol to spray directly on the instruments
- Finally, clean each tool with the cloth moistened with lukewarm water containing tea tree essential oil / or Palmarosa from the basin
